Using Our Secure Shopping Cart:

To order our products, just go to the page with the item you want, enter the quantity, and select "Add to Cart". Do this for each item you need. When you add your first item, you will be asked to enter your zip code and desired shipping method to give you the actual shipping charge as you shop. You can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by selecting "View Cart". Once you are done shopping, select "Checkout" to proceed to the checkout form and make your payment.

Shipping
We ship via UPS only. Orders will be shipped out within 24 hours, often the same day if they are received early enough.

Sales Tax
If your order is not delivered to New York state, you won't pay sales tax.

We must charge sales tax for orders delivered within New York State. The shopping cart will show a sales tax of 8% on your order including shipping. This is only an estimate, you will be charged your actual NYS sales tax for your community (6% - 8.5%) when your order is processed.

If your order is delivered to New York State, and you have a "Resale" or "Exempt Use" certificate, we do not have to charge sales tax. If we don't already have your certificate on file, please contact us to make arrangements to get a copy from you, and we will hold your order until we receive it. Your tax ID number alone is not sufficient, we must have a signed copy of your certificate. You can click here to print a PDF version of our ST-120 resale certificate. Olive Tree Soaps ships within the United States only. We do not ship to Canada or to APO addresses.
